Crystal Clear is a UK-based travel agency that specialise in arranging tailor made holidays that are truly personalised and unforgettable experiences.
I was assigned the tasks of redesigning the company branding and creating a new website to make the enquiry and booking service more simple for customers.

Branding
I created a crystal locator in the shape of a ācā, accompanied with a serif typeface with wavy elements to represent ocean waves, yet convey sophistication and uniqueness.
Research & User Flow
I found competitors to have very bulky and information heavy websites with too much choice regarding site navigation. From this, I developed a more simplistic flow for the user.
Web Design
Their previous website was lacking personality and charisma. My redesign is much more bright, enthusiastic and welcoming to potential customers.

The new enquiry process gathers all of the customers criteria for their dream vacation from the get-go, so there is less inconvenience during the first introductory consultation, and for the Crystal Clear team to have better time management towards creating the clients bespoke plan, leaving customers feeling impressed.
