Intelligence Care Services
Intelligence Care Services are a new business within the care home and supported living industry. They are here to bring together the care workers and employers without the need of a middle man.
I was assigned the task to bring this business to life. Not only did I have full control over he branding, but creating an online platform for workers to find jobs, maintain their earnings and for employers to manage their staff.
Project Details
Branding
I chose a modern approach of using a minimal vector for their logo to enhance memorability. It contains a medical cross and a heart that combined could be seen as two people hugging.
Research & User Flow
My research contained evaluation into other job search engines, to see what qualities I could implement and improve on, and also finding what information was vital for clients during their employment process.
Web App Design
My main goal was to ensure a fast and easy user experience, to simplify the journey of finding a new position and helping save time.
The Solution
For the branding I used a cool purple to represent loyalty and turquoise to convey trust, colours that combined stray away from typical care services but still hold the same feeling.
Throughout my research, I discovered some features that would be beneficial and vital to include within the platform. For instance, a system for workers to undergo thorough compliance checks before they are made available to clients, and also a system for employers to leave feedback for staff based of their time working together which gives their profiles verification.
Intelligence Care Services now have a one-stop solution for care workers to find new positions and connect with employers, and for employers to search and manage their staff directly.
